STOP YOUR HEELS CRACKING As a Professional Nail Artist and Pedicurist, I routinely use Exfoliants/Scrubs in my pedicure services. For those of you that don't know; scrubs and exfoliants pretty much mean the same thing, they are used to slough away the very most top layer of dead skin that is shed by your body daily. Scrubs should not be used daily, but are excellent to use 2-3 times a week to keep your skin smooth and soft. Exfoliants often are made using organic sugars and/or salts. In my business, I routinely like to use salt scrubs, simply because salts are more therapeutic and mix well with other natural oils. I also consider the fact that salt is better to use on Diabetic clients than sugar. When using your scrub/exfoliant, be sure to wet or moisten your body, feet or hands and rub the scrub in a soft, circular motion. After you have rubbed the scrub, rinse well with warm water and follow up with your favorite lotion or butter, (this part is optional). I would recommend trying my Whipped Shea Body Creme that is sold at my on-line store or you can purchase it at my salon boutique located at, 6400 Falls of Neuse Rd, Suite 100 in Raleigh. I handcraft a Signature line of Pedicure, Manicure and Body scrubs....try the Peppermint & Vanilla Mani/Pedi Scrub! You can visit the website at, http://www.essentialsbychana.com You can also contact me at, (919) 889-6127 with any questions you may have about my products and/or service.[more] Stop Your Heels Cracking
